Encapsulation cleaning uses advanced polymer technology that surrounds and crystallizes soil particles.
Instead of leaving behind a sticky residue (common with traditional detergents), encapsulated soil dries into microscopic crystals and is removed during routine post-cleaning vacuuming.
Commercial carpet is usually installed over unlevel concrete or wood without a pad underneath. Consequently, hot water extraction cleaning can sometimes lead to returning spots because the extraction tool is unable to achieve the lockdown suction required for maximum water extraction.
